The journal does not charge any fees for manuscript submission, editorial processing, peer review, or article publication. All costs associated with the editorial and publishing process are fully funded by EsSalud through the Instituto de Evaluación de Tecnologías en Salud e Investigación (IETSI). This funding model ensures barrier-free open access for both authors and readers, eliminating financial obstacles to the dissemination and use of scientific knowledge.
