Submission Forms

For the proper submission of any manuscript to the EsSalud Institutional Scientific Journal, authors must complete and attach the following mandatory documents:

i) the Publication Request Form,
ii) the Affidavit (Declaration of Responsibility), and
iii) the Ethical Principles Form.
